Work APEX Battle Arena
APEX Battle Arena
Three months running the Instagram page and Meta Ads for a paintball arena in Multan, after their previous marketing wasn't bringing results.
Period 21 April – 22 July 2026APEX on Instagram
The problem
APEX was already paying someone else for marketing, but it wasn't bringing in customers. A paintball arena sells an experience people book together, often for a birthday, a team outing or a weekend plan, so the marketing has to reach the person organising the group and make booking easy.
My role
I took over the arena's Instagram page and Meta Ads from 21 April to 22 July 2026: strategy, content, video ads and campaign management.
Approach
- Rebuilt the ad account's structure. Before, the arena ran a single awareness campaign that bought reach but no enquiries. I replaced it with lead campaigns using Meta lead forms, so interested groups came straight to the team.
- Gave group bookings their own campaign, built around birthday and friends' packages, because groups are how the arena actually sells.
- Ran seasonal pushes such as Eid offers, plus messaging campaigns for people who prefer to ask on WhatsApp or Messenger first.
- Made three kinds of video ads, all on this page: a cinematic arena film, an offer reel I presented myself, and a story-style reel with friends that ends on the package menu.
- Kept the Instagram page consistent with the ads, so people who clicked through found the same energy and clear prices.
Deliverables
- Ad account restructure: awareness to lead generation
- Lead-form, group-package, seasonal and messaging campaigns
- 3 video ads: cinematic, presenter-led offer, story reel
- Instagram page management
- Meta Pixel setup
Results
Results The owners saw more enquiries and group bookings during these three months. Ad account figures stay private at the client's request.
