SK Realtor property tours

Property tour videos for SK Realtor, the personal brand an agent launched after leaving a larger real estate office to start on his own.

The problem

A new agent going solo has no office brand behind him. Buyers need a reason to trust him, and they want to see how a house actually feels before they spend time on a visit. Photos alone do neither.

My role

Filmed and edited the property tours for his Instagram and TikTok.

Approach

  • Put the agent himself on camera, walking each property, so viewers get to know the person behind SK Realtor while they see the house.
  • Moved from street to front door to each room in order, so viewers understand the layout.
  • Shot the exterior again at dusk with the lights on, for a strong ending frame.
  • Cut in vertical 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, with the SK Realtor logo on every shot to build recognition for the new brand.

  • 2 property tour videos, filmed and edited
  • Vertical 9:16 format for Reels and TikTok

Results Videography only. These were not run as paid ads, so there are no campaign results.
